What MerchDesk stores
Only your collection settings: which collections MerchDesk manages, their options and exclusions, and your plan. MerchDesk reads your orders to rank products but doesn’t keep order data.
When you uninstall
Uninstalling deletes your MerchDesk settings. The collections themselves stay in your store with the products they had at the last refresh, and simply stop updating. Delete them in Products → Collections if you no longer want them.
If you reinstall later, you’ll set your collections up again.
