- Add one date or a weekly schedule. Each session is a variant with its seats as inventory, shown in your venue's time zone.
- Ticket types
- Sell General, VIP or any other type, each with its own number of seats.
- QR tickets
- Every paid seat gets a ticket by email with a QR code and a calendar file. The same tickets show on the Thank-you and Order status pages.
- Check-in from any phone
- Door staff open a link and enter a PIN. No Shopify login. Scanning keeps working if the connection drops.
- Attendee list
- Search, check guests in by hand, resend tickets, see whether each email arrived, and export a CSV.
- Refunds and order edits
- Refunds, cancellations and order edits void or add tickets to match. Sales close on their own when a session starts.
