Card payments through your own Stripe account, net terms, order invoices and monthly invoices.
How you get paid
Retailers pay you directly. VendorDesk never holds the money.
- By card: connect your Stripe account in account menu → Payments. Each order is charged to the retailer’s card just before it’s created in your store.
- On net terms: set net terms (for example 30 days) on a retailer’s page. Their orders go straight to your store, and they get one invoice a month.
- Another way: open an order waiting for payment and choose Mark paid and send. Note how they paid, such as a check number.
Order invoices
Every order paid by card (or marked paid) has its own invoice. Open it from the order page to view or print it, or choose Email invoice.
To send each order’s invoice automatically when it’s paid, switch on Email an invoice for each paid order in Program settings.
The order page shows whether the invoice was emailed, and when.
Monthly invoices
On the 1st of each month, every order a net-terms retailer sent the month before goes on one invoice. It’s emailed to their billing email (or contact email), with the orders attached as a CSV.
Open Invoices to see what’s owed, what’s overdue and what hasn’t been emailed. From there you can:
- open a printable copy,
- email it again,
- mark it paid (or unpaid, if you got it wrong).
Your VendorDesk plan
Account menu → Plan and billing shows your plan, this month’s usage and your invoices. Only owners can see it.
Orders are never held back when you go over your plan’s monthly order limit. Each extra order is billed at a small per-order rate, and the count resets on the 1st.
EDI setup, custom integrations, catalog clean-up and retailer onboarding are one-time services, quoted for your setup. Ask from the same page.
