EventDesk charges no per-ticket fees on any plan.
Free trial
Pro and Plus start with a 14-day free trial. You aren’t charged until it ends.
Going over the Free plan
Every paid order gets its tickets, even past 50 in a month. EventDesk asks you to upgrade, but it never holds back a ticket someone has paid for. The count resets at the start of each calendar month.
Billing
Shopify bills EventDesk on your regular Shopify invoice in US dollars, so there’s no separate card to add. Change plans any time from EventDesk.
